I've been re-bitten by the anime bug!

Yup. anime bug. i haz it.

And it's not just Pretty Cure (which I watched yesterday). I was re-watching an episode of InuYasha - episode 17, Sesshomaru at his most handsome. Well, maybe not his most handsome...

Also, I have to pick up the Return to Labyrinth graphic novel, and I've reserved Full Moon o Sagashite #1. There are other mangas I'd like to read, such as Ranma 1/2 and the two Cardcaptor Sakura mangas that the library has. I wonder if they're still in print - I love the Cardcaptor Sakura anime. I was listening to the opening theme from it earlier. I love j-pop :)

In other news, all I've eaten today is a few graham crackers, I'm still pissed off at Elyssa, the weather's been nice, I have five things to pick up from the library, and I might walk down to said library on Tuesday - they're open today, but I don't feel like going down today.

Oh yeah. I should probably update on my HPKCHC progress. My Herbology assignment is going well - slow, but well. Slow because my size 7 circular needle is so stubborn. It won't stay unkinked. I don't know if I unkinked it improperly, or what, but it's so hard to work with. I didn't have this problem with the size 9 Prym circular that I have. Maybe the size 7 is a cheap one - I don't know which brand it is, because Mom gave it to me without its sleeve/packaging. So for now it's a Mystery Circular. I'm going to ask Mom to send me the photos of my Ancient Runes blanket square, so that I can turn in my assignment and earn points for Ravenclaw. I also have to come up with an acrostic cheer for the Quidditch thread. I'm not participating in Quidditch, but I'm going to try coming up with a clever cheer. And I need to get yarn for my Charms assignment - either that, or try to come up with something with the yarn that I already have. I have no bronze-coloured yarn, though, only tan-coloured. No silver or grey yarn, either. I'll have to drag Dad to Michaels.

Now I have 'Keep Tryin'' by Utada Hikaru stuck in my head.

So anyways. Ancient Runes is done, Herbology is in progress, and I haven't started Charms yet. Last night I watched Spectacle, and almost changed the channel because Dad was talking over it, so I had thought, "Screw it, I'll watch it later". But Mom and Dad made a big stink about it, so I put it back on. Grr...

I watched TV and read John Lennon: The Life by Philip Norman :D

Doctor Who was interesting last night. And Rose is going to be in the next episode! Yaaaay!

I might go to Value Village soon to look for cardigans, because I only have two.

And I'll only go see Twilight if other people want to. Actually, I wonder if the youth group would want to go see it?

But seriously. The book was alright, the movie looks like it'll be alright, but I'm sick of hearing about Edward, Edward, Edward. Come on, people! Everyone knows that dog demons are hotter than vampires!

No offense to the Twilight fan-girls. I'm a Sesshomaru groupie through and through :)

Peculiar Saturday

Very peculiar indeed. I didn't wake up until 11-ish, and I didn't come upstairs until noon-ish.

Yesterday I got a tiny cut on my finger. I think I had tried to move the kitchen faucet, and there's a little raised bit on the faucet that got my finger. Ouch.

Also yesterday, I did a lot of laundry. I washed not only clothes but also bedding and my pillow. Mom and I had a huge fight over the pillow because I washed it on it's own and it didn't drain properly, so it was dripping when I took it out. Mom assumed I was putting it in with other stuff. So she decided to put it in on the final spin cycle. Grr.

It got really fluffy, though! :)

Did I mention that YouTube is working now? It was being weird because they were doing updates. The strangest thing, though, is that Dad didn't have any trouble with YouTube. Huh.

So, I'm really enjoying We're Going to See The Beatles!. I've taken a break from A Freewheelin' Time, because it's a bit of a difficult read sometimes. I really haven't been reading much fiction, actually. I reserved New Moon, though. I hope it's better than Twilight.

That reminds me, I made another avatar that mocks Edward Cullen! It reads: "My dog demon is hotter than your VAMPIRE!!!" I would've included a photo of Sesshomaru, but I can't figure out how to use Photoshop :p

I think I'll go watch InuYasha on YouTube :)
