My tongue feels funny

...and it's all thanks to the cinnamon caramel corn I ate yesterday afternoon. Plus, I think I have a blister on my tongue. Yay.

So it turns out that that the alley that the youth group is bowling at is too far away. Plus, my mom thinks it could have (and should have) been better planned.

1. I'll agree with her about the alley being too far away. In addition to that, one of the adults driving is the mother of someone I've never met.

2. However, the reason why it wasn't better planned is that Steven is going to be away soon. And I'm still pissed off because, when I told her about the idea on Wednesday night after youth group, she said right away that I couldn't go on Saturday (today), because we're going to the silent auction. What I want to know is: who the hell asked me if I wanted to go to the friggin' silent auction?!

...much better.

Hopefully I can pester Dad to FINALLY help me get rid of the empty shortcuts for Human 3D. Either that, or I'll ask Max to walk me through it via MSN Messenger. I'm getting real sick of waiting. And then MOM tells me that I have to keep pestering him, like she has to do.

I wonder if I should bring a book with me to this silent auction. That way, if it gets super-crowded like it did the night of the fall festival concert, I can sit either in the foyer or on the wicker bench and read. Or, if the loft is unlocked, I can hide up there - but chances are it's locked so that the kids don't mess anything up.

This weekend is gonna suck. Not only do I have to go to a silent auction, I also have a sore tongue.
