Do teenagers really have regular eating habits, anyway?
I tend not to eat much in the morning during the warmer months. I guess I eat more in the fall and winter so that my body is insulated, because during the summer I eat pretty lightly in the morning. Like this morning - normally, I eat cereal or toast, but not today. I ate taboule. Yes, taboule. And yes, I am nuts.
By night, I scavenge for food. Any food, as long as it tastes good. I had a terrible supper of dill pickle potato chips, because there were no clean dishes and I was too lazy to wash any and actually eat something healthy.
And then I had taboule for breakfast.
I'm trying to not eat too many instant kimchi noodle soup bowls every week, because last time we got kimchi bowls, I felt tired when I ate too many in a week. I think it's because I had too much processed junk in my system. But today I was craving kimchi, so I made one. I also ate some super-spicy chips. My nose was quite clear, and I felt great - except for the fact that my lips were burning from the chips.
I have a bit of indigestion and/or heartburn, but nothing too painful. I might take Pepto, but I may not need to. We'll see.
My parents went to the market today, then went to Across the Pond, which is a British imports shop. They got plenty of Walker's crisps (they taste a lot better than the potato chips we get in Canada), and Mom got me some Munchies (my favourite!), a Toffee Crisp, and a Yorkie - but I'm supposed to share the Yorkie with her. Thanks, Mum! :)
